Qihoo 360, a tech security and search firm, has a 3-year EPS growth rate of 126%. Qihoo has been winning Chinese search market share from No. 1 Baidu (BIDU). Both Qihoo and Baidu have been spending heavily to boost mobile users and revenue. But while Baidu has seen profit growth shrivel, Qihoo has enjoyed powerful EPS gains, including 218% in Q4. Analysts expect a 143% advance for Q1.
Qihoo shares peaked intraday on March 7, then sold off sharply. Qihoo shares have moved above their 50-day line the past sessions, but failed to close above that level. The stock slid nearly 5% on Wednesday.
Michael Kors Outlet, an upscale apparel and accessories maker and retailer, enjoys a 3-year EPS growth rate of 107%. While based in Hong Kong, the bulk of Kors' business is in North America and Europe. Still, the fashion house makes any portfolio look good.
Michael Kors Outlet earnings last quarter jumped 73%. Shares gapped higher on that report, then continued to rise over the next few weeks until Feb. 25. The stock drifted lower before selling off hard to move briefly below its 50-day average. Michael Kors Outlet has bounced back, edging down 22 cents to 95.03 on Wednesday.
Autohome, a leading auto information website in China, boasts a 3-year EPS growth rate of 78%. In the latest quarter, Autohome earnings rose 171% as revenue grew 79%. EPS is expected to grow just 6% in its next report. Autohome came public last December, and enjoyed a huge run from early February to early March. The stock then reversed hard, closing below its 50-day line on March 27. Shares have risen for the last four sessions, including about 1% on Wednesday.
SouFun, a leading real estate website in China, has a 56% EPS growth rate. It makes money from advertising and membership services. Earnings rose 80% in the latest quarter, with revenue climbing 47%.
SouFun shares broke out to a new high in early March, then sold off through March 27. Since then the stock has trended higher, though SouFun fell 20 cents to 74.90 on Wednesday after trying to reach its 50-day line intraday.
